We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (L3) with 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Oracle databases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and high availability solutions.
Required Skills
Must Have:
7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in a production workplace.
Strong experience with Oracle Database 11g and above.
Expertise in Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard.
Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with RMAN for backup and recovery.
Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager and database monitoring tools.
Experience in database upgrades, migrations, and patching.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Cloud database solutions.
Knowledge of database security best practices.
Experience with Shell/Python scripting for automation.
Exposure to MySQL or SQL Server.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, administer, and maintain Oracle databases.
Ensure database availability, performance, and security.
Implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.
Perform database upgrades, migrations, and patching.
Monitor and tune database performance.
Troubleshoot production database issues.
Develop and maintain database documentation.

Participate in the on-call support rotation.
