Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure product quality.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using defect tracking tools.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and clarify test scenarios.
Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure defect resolution.
Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release sign-off activities.
Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and SDLC methodologies.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.

Quality & Collaboration Responsibilities
Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports.
Collaborate with automation teams to support test automation execution and maintenance.




Assist in analyzing root causes of defects and suggest preventive measures.
Communicate test status, risks, and quality metrics clearly to stakeholders.
Support production issues and perform post-release validation when required.

Tools & Technology Responsibilities
Execute automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium.
Perform API testing using Postman.
Conduct performance or basic load testing using JMeter, as applicable.
Ensure test environments and test data readiness.

Experience: 2–3 years

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Proficiency with Selenium, Postman, and JMeter (or equivalent tools).
Robust understanding of SDLC and QA processes.

Solid analytical and defect root-cause analysis skills Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
