Role & responsibilities
Examines patient, compiles patient medical data and results of examination.
Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
Assists in the development and presentation of education and instructional programs.
To enter the relevant details of each and every patient accordingly.
Attend rounds with the respective consultants and carry out the necessary changes in the order.
To attend camps according to the policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate with qualification of MBBS/BAMS/BHMS with minimum 1 year of experience in patient Care
