Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure delivery as per planned schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
Ensure statutory approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Identify potential project risks and delays and implement corrective measures.
Job Requirements :
Civil Engineering Graduate (preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate / construction project management.
Experience handling residential / commercial real estate projects.
Solid understanding of construction processes, project planning, and site coordination.
