Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Manage billing, payments, and basic sales transactions, as required.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies and retail sales procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.




Confidence in interacting with customers and promoting products.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Candidates must be comfortable working at retail store locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida.

Customer service and sales skills.
Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn.
Teamwork, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
Prior experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
