About the roleWe're looking for a sharp, organized Project Manager Intern to help us run projects day to day. You'll coordinate tasks, manage communication and keep work moving using modern AI and project tools. Full training is provided.

What you'll do
Plan, track and follow up on project tasks and deadlines
Manage email inboxes and respond quickly and professionally
Maintain trackers and reports in Excel
Use AI tools (including Claude) to draft, research and speed up work
Keep projects organized in project management tools
Support event coordination as needed

What we're looking for
Understanding of project management basics
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar
Rapid, transparent written and verbal communication
Positive email management habits
Working proficiency in Excel (formulas, sorting, simple reports)
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion or ClickUp




Strong ownership, attention to detail and a quick-learner attitude

Nice to have
Experience with events (college fests, conferences, meetups)

Work details
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Schedule: 4 days/week in office
