We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Develop and maintain documentation of implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.
