Responsible for centralized project planning, monitoring, and coordination of all ongoing sites under DHPL.
Key responsibilities include preparation and tracking of project schedules, work programmes, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, manpower and machinery planning, material coordination, budget monitoring, and ensuring timely execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and contractual requirements. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, project managers, clients, consultants, and vendors; monitoring project milestones and critical activities; identifying delays and proposing corrective actions; and reporting project progress, resource requirements, and operational issues to management. The candidate should have solid knowledge of civil construction, project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera, and advanced MS Excel, preferably with experience in infrastructure and industrial projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
