Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR module.
Set up Enterprise and Workforce Structures such as Legal Entities, Business Units, Departments, Jobs, Grades, Positions, and Locations.
Manage employee lifecycle transactions including Hire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
Perform data migration and mass updates using HCM Data Loader (HDL/HSDL).
Configure security roles, approval workflows, lookups, value sets, and flexfields.
Create and validate OTBI reports and HCM extracts.
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Support SIT, UAT, production issues, and end-user training.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams for implementation and support activities.
