Client: A Reputed PG Girls College A reputed PG Girls College in Sikar District, Rajasthan, is looking to appoint a qualified Assistant Professor in Physics. The role involves teaching, student mentorship, academic support, research, and contributing to departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in Physics.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
Teach and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Support Professors and Department Heads with academic and departmental responsibilities.
Conduct research and publish papers in academic journals.
Participate in academic conferences and deliver presentations when required.
Educational Qualifications
NET/SET qualification is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3 Years of teaching and/or research experience.
College or university teaching experience preferred.
Published research work will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Robust subject knowledge in Physics and a passion for teaching.
Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
Positive understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Solid research, writing, analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
