Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs to provide the best shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain store displays, product merchandising, and overall store hygiene.
Support billing, inventory management, and daily store operations.
Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail sales experience,
with experience documented on paper.
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and selling skills.
Attitude: Customer-focused, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and as per business requirements.
