Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process, assembly, and final inspections as per drawings and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 QMS requirements.
Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA), and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Suppliers, and OEM customers to resolve quality issues.
Support APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T;, inspection methods, and measuring instruments.
Understanding of quality tools, QMS processes, and manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of PCBA, soldering, and electronics assembly is preferred for electronics candidates.
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and MIS reporting.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Automotive or auto-component manufacturing experience.
Hands-on manufacturing shop-floor experience is essential.
