As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Retail Trainer to build capability, consistency, and excellence across our store teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability
Design and deliver training for associates, supervisors and store managers
Build skills in product knowledge, category selling, cross-selling and upselling
Embed brand guidelines, service standards and SOPs

Store Excellence
Coach teams on customer engagement, need-based selling and objection handling
Drive conversion, ticket size and customer satisfaction

Coaching & Performance
Conduct store visits, on-the-job coaching and role plays




Identify skill gaps and fix underperforming stores with targeted plans

Content
Create and update training modules, SOPs and quick guides
Support digital learning

Collaboration
Partner with Retail Ops, HR and Brand teams
Support store launches and brand rollouts

Key Skills & Competencies

● Solid understanding of retail sales, customer experience, and store operations.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to link training to business outcomes.
