We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and/or support, solution design, configuration, client interaction, setting migration, and release management.

Candidates with expertise in either Talent Management or ORC, or both, are eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Talent Management and/or ORC
Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
Perform solution design and configuration
Manage end-to-end implementation activities
Provide functional support and troubleshooting
Handle setting migration and release activities
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Support issue resolution and successful project delivery
Travel to client locations as required
