We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets to support business growth.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
Assist with billing, payments, product exchanges, and customer inquiries.
Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements to the concerned team.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.




Stay updated on product knowledge, sales promotions, and market trends.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused attitude with robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
