The candidate will be responsible for building a solid network of property owners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to identify viable investment opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and source potential land parcels and real estate prospects in Pune.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct market research, site visits, and property evaluations.
Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and brokers.




Coordinate with legal and technical teams for property due diligence.
Maintain a database of property leads and sourcing activities.
Track market trends, land rates, and upcoming development opportunities.

Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in real estate sourcing or land acquisition.
Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
Robust networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; Marathi and Hindi preferred.

Compensation: As per industry standards, based on experience.
