Project Manager – MSME Development & Livelihoods

Experience: 3–7 years preferred
Mahabodhi Global Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced qualified to manage development projects focused on MSME growth, entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, and financial inclusion, aligned with SIDBI's PDI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement livelihood, entrepreneurship, and micro-enterprise development projects.
Conduct field surveys, beneficiary identification, and needs assessments.
Facilitate skill development, financial literacy, and bank credit linkages.
Develop market linkages for rural entrepreneurs, SHGs, and artisans.
Coordinate with government departments, banks, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Prepare project proposals, MIS reports, progress reports, and impact assessments.
Monitor project targets, beneficiary outcomes, and employment generation.




Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in MSME development, livelihood projects, or entrepreneurship promotion.
Positive communication, reporting, coordination, and MS Office skills.
Willingness to travel for field implementation.

Preferred: Experience in government projects, CSR initiatives, financial inclusion, and rural development programmes.
