End-to-End Recruitment: Handle recruitment for branch-level positions such as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Gold Loan Officer, Relationship Executive, and other roles as required.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local recruitment networks.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manpower Planning: Coordinate with Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Cluster Heads to understand branch-wise vacancies and hiring requirements.
