Role & responsibilities
Drive Micro LAP or AHF business for the branch and achieve monthly sales targets
Generate business through Connectors & Direct Sourcing.
Identify current customer segments and develop local market for Micro LAP & AHF acquition.
Support the BM in achieving overall branch business and revenue targets.
Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical & other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in Micro LAP or Affordable Housing Finance is required.
