responsibilities
Shift Operations: Supervise and execute daily chemical production plans to meet targeted output while maintaining quality and safety.
Process Monitoring: Monitor and control batch or continuous chemical processes via DCS (Distributed Control System) or PLC panels, maintaining optimal process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate).
Batch Documentation: Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, raw material consumption sheets, and daily shift production reports.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, handling of hazardous chemicals,



and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Respond effectively to emergency situations.
Troubleshooting: Identify operational deviations or equipment malfunctions early and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Manpower Management: Guide, train, and allocate tasks to plant operators and contract workers on the shop floor.
Housekeeping & Quality: Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) and ensure compliance with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards.
