Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates and clients until offer and joining.
Build candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Solid communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of job portals and end-to-end recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
