Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or Construction Management

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, clients, and site teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project progress.
Manage contractor performance, billing, and cost control.
Ensure timely completion, snag closure, and client handover.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of interior fit-out execution, MEP/HVAC, BOQ, and project planning.
Excellent leadership, team management, and client coordination skills.
Solid problem-solving, negotiation, and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
