Ensure that project team members are transparent about their responsibilities and the requirements of the project

More attention towards Staff / Workers welfare

Ensure all the sub-ordinates executing the works as per QMS and responsible for implementing it.

Explain the procedure of works to the sub-ordinates and insist them to minimize wastage.

Responsible for implementing EHS Policy in co-ordination with Safety in-

charge.

Prepare day-to-day plan of labour requirement based on requests from all

Engineers and allot labor accordingly to the Engineers.

Educate daily work details to the bar benders, carpenter and masons

Interim audit and sign all records for updating and correctness

Close watch in concrete, form work and steel work then insist to minimize wastage, avoid, rework.

Conduct evening/week/fortnight/month meeting to improve progress and timely completion of the project ( If applicable )





Submission of Project closeout report ( If applicable )

Propose, nominate and evaluate subordinates on skill gap and appropriate training in- coordination with PMS ( If applicable )

Assist and guide the execution engineers on daily basis

As site in-charge, report the idle Plant & Machinery, including centering materials to RO/HO

Verify the reconciliation statement in Coordination with QS Incharge and try to solve the discrepancies and shortagesRole & responsibilities
