Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP), Intermediates, and Finished Products (FP) as per approved specifications and test methods.
Conduct wet chemistry tests including assay, titration, identification, loss on drying, residue on ignition, pH, and related analytical evaluations.
Prepare, standardize, and maintain volumetric solutions, reagents, and laboratory standards.
Ensure proper documentation of analytical data, test results,



and laboratory records in compliance with GMP and Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP).
Review analytical records and report out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results to the supervisor.
Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration status before use.
Participate in method validation, method verification, and analytical troubleshooting activities.
Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Ensure timely completion of testing activities to support production and release schedules.
