Roles & Responsibilities – Production (Injection Moulding)
Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Handle injection moulding machines, mould changes, and process parameters.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and material wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams.
Monitor manpower allocation and machine utilization.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
