Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing and quality evaluation of construction chemical products.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as Brookfield Viscometer, UTM Machine, Gloss Meter, Taber Abrasion Tester, Shore Hardness Tester, QUV Weathering Tester, and Pull-off Adhesion Tester.
Conduct tests related to viscosity, adhesion, abrasion, hardness, weathering, and film thickness.
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, laboratory procedures,
and documentation requirements.
Handle instrument calibration, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement.
Develop and validate testing methods as per applicable industry standards.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and chemical handling.
Knowledge of construction chemicals and testing standards.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards.
