5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
Robust experience supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Experience with:
SAP HANA Database Administration
SAP System Installation and Upgrades
System Refreshes and Client Copies
Kernel and Support Package Upgrades
Performance Monitoring and Tuning
Transport Management System (TMS)
SAP Solution Manager/Monitoring Tools
User and Authorization Support (Basis-related activities)
Experience with SAP system monitoring, job scheduling, and incident management.
Knowledge of high availability, backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience working with cloud-hosted SAP environments is preferred.
Understanding of integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within AMS support models and SLA-driven environments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and associated SAP systems.
Perform system monitoring, health checks, and proactive issue resolution.




Manage transports across SAP environments and support release activities.
Execute system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot Basis-related incidents, performance issues, and system outages.
Support SAP HANA database administration activities, including monitoring and optimization.
Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, change management, and audit requirements.
Participate in planned maintenance activities and production deployments.
Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks.
Provide support during critical business periods, upgrades, and project releases.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure reliable application operations.
Provide application and infrastructure support in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts and night-shift coverage.

Additional Information:

Shift – Rotational shift--2 days work from office and 3 days home.

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
