Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day garment production activities.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Supervise production teams and allocate work based on requirements.
Monitor production targets, output, efficiency, and line performance.
Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, Stores, and Merchandising teams.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Ensure production is completed according to quality and delivery requirements.
Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency.
Maintain daily production reports and update management on progress.
Ensure proper adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Reduce production delays,
rework, rejection, and material wastage.
Handle production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in garment/apparel production.
Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing and production processes.
Experience handling production teams and meeting daily targets.
Valuable understanding of cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality processes.
Robust problem-solving and team-management skills.
Ability to work under production deadlines.
Tiruppur apparel/garment industry experience preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
