Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Property Operations: Oversee daily management and maintenance of residential/commercial properties on behalf of property owners.
Client & Owner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering regular updates, property status reports, and peace of mind regarding their real estate assets.
Preferred candidate profile
Convincing & Persuasive Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal capabilities to manage expectations, close lease renewals, and resolve conflict constructively.
Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication in English and local languages to interact professionally with HNI owners, corporate clients, and vendors.
