Job Summary
We are hiring Senior Analysts – Service Support Management with experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services
Handle pre-renewal and post-renewal activities
Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs & Sales teams
Support Client Service Managers and branch teams
Monitor activities and ensure timely & accurate completion
Handle queries and minimize rework
Coordinate with branch and service center teams
Identify prospects for process transition/offshoring
Act as a key point of contact for service support requirements
Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of experience in Insurance
P&C; Insurance experience preferred/required
Experience in Insurance Operations / Service Support
Knowledge of Policy Servicing & Renewals
Robust written and verbal communication
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong ownership, accountability & problem-solving skills
Insurance certification will be an added advantage
