PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage day-to-day property operations, ensure excellent resident experience, and achieve occupancy and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the property.
Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and resident onboarding.
Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility services.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
Manage vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Track property expenses, inventory, and operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality/Management background preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Property Management, Student Housing, Co-Living, Hospitality, or Facility Management.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple operational activities.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
