15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role focused on emerging SAP technologies.
Proven experience building and leading a practice or significant business unit focused on SAP BTP (or equivalent cloud platforms).
Deep understanding with various SAP BTP services (e.g., Integration Suite, Extensibility, Analytics Cloud, Process Automation, AI/ML services, Data & Analytics).
Critical Deep hands-on expertise and proven experience in designing and implementing solutions across multiple SAP BTP services, including:
Extensibility / BTP Development: CAP Model, Fiori/UI5 development, HANA Cloud, BAS.
Process Automation: Workflow Management, RPA




Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA (on-premises and cloud) and ECC landscapes, and how BTP integrates with them.
Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles, microservices, and API management.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to SAP BTP (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python).
Demonstrated success in business development, sales support, and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
SAP certifications in relevant BTP areas are a significant plus.
