Job Summary

D A R Jewellery is looking for customer-focused Sales Executives to deliver an excellent showroom experience, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable jewellery, and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Explain gold, diamond, silver, and antique jewellery collections, subject to product training.
Explain gold purity, BIS 916 hallmarking, HUID, jewellery pricing, making charges, and applicable offers accurately.
Demonstrate jewellery designs and recommend suitable products for weddings, gifting, and personal purchases.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
Generate additional sales through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and prospective purchases.




Inform customers about online shopping, Click & Collect, and other available services.
Maintain showroom presentation, product handling standards, and customer service quality.
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Eligibility
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred; jewellery experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a showroom setting.
Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and festival periods.

KPIs
Monthly individual sales achievement.
Conversion rate of showroom walk-ins.
Average bill value and units sold.
Cross-selling and upselling performance.
Customer feedback and repeat purchases.
Follow-up effectiveness and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
