Manage field operations for power generation plants, including breakdown maintenance, mechanical maintenance, HVAC systems, gensets (DG sets), diesel generators, and facilities management.
Oversee the performance of multiple sites across India to ensure optimal plant efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to power generation equipment and facilities infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of field operations.
