We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in Soundbar or Audio Electronics Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production and assembly operations.
Achieve production targets, productivity, and delivery schedules.
Handle manpower, production lines, and shop-floor activities.
Monitor quality, rejection, rework, and process efficiency.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Support current product introduction and resolve manufacturing issues.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Soundbar or Audio Electronics manufacturing. General electronics manufacturing experience without relevant audio-product exposure will not be considered.
