Required Skills
Robust SAP EWM functional expertise (5+ years)
Hands-on experience in:
Inbound Operations & Dock Appointment Scheduling
Outbound Operations, Staging & Dispatch
Cross-Docking
Material Movements & Replenishment
Internal Warehouse Movements
EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS
Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications.
Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements
Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support as required to support global operations
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP EWM business processes.
Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including participation in rotational shifts, night-shift coverage, and planned on-call support
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts
Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
