Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day safety activities in production and utility areas.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Support implementation of safety procedures, SOPs, and permit-to-work systems.
Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness activities.
Ensure proper usage of PPE by employees and contractors.
Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Conduct safety awareness programs and toolbox talks.
Maintain safety records, registers, and statutory compliance documentation.
Support fire prevention and emergency response activities.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to promote a protected working setting.
