We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Referral & Corporate Marketing Sr. Manager/Manager/Asstt. Manager/Executive to strengthen our hospitals network by building and maintaining relationships with local doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will play a key role in increasing patient referrals and enhancing the hospital’s visibility in the medical community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with local doctors, clinics, and consultants
Promote hospital services and specialties to referral partners
Identify and onboard recent referral sources in the local area
Coordinate with internal medical teams to ensure smooth patient referrals
Regularly visit doctors and healthcare providers for engagement and follow-ups
Track referral data and prepare reports on performance
Organize and support medical camps, CMEs, and outreach programs
Ensure high levels of skilled communication and trust with stakeholders
Marketing & PR Activities
Doctor Tie-up & Referrals
Corporate & insurance Coordination
Requirements:
Experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good local network with doctors/consultants is an advantage
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of hospital operations and services
