Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead quality control and assurance across cutting, grinding, tempering, lamination, and dispatch.
Ensure full compliance with BIS standards applicable to architectural glass products.
Handle BIS audits independently: documentation, sample readiness, inspections, and closure of observations.
Conduct incoming raw material inspections and approve/reject materials as per standards.
Monitor in-process quality checks to minimize rejection, rework, and breakage.
Perform final inspection and dispatch clearance of finished goods.
Address customer quality complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and update quality documents, SOPs, checklists, and audit records.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to close quality gaps.
Train operators and supervisors on quality standards, BIS requirements, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield and process stability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
