We’re looking for a Procurement Manager who can turn sourcing strategies into measurable business value and keep our supply chain running efficiently.
Must-Have Skills
Vendor Development & Management Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining reliable suppliers.
Cost Negotiation & Cost Optimization Negotiating competitive prices, payment terms, and credit periods.
Procurement & Purchasing Managing end-to-end purchasing activities and purchase orders.
Raw Material Procurement – Knowledge of paperboard, duplex board, kraft paper, corrugated sheets, printing inks, varnishes, adhesives, and other packaging materials.
Inventory & Stock Management – Monitoring stock levels and coordinating material replenishment.
Supplier Coordination & Follow-ups – Ensuring timely delivery and resolving supply-related issues.




Purchase Planning – Coordinating with Production and PPC teams to ensure material availability as per production schedules.
Quality & Specification Management – Ensuring purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
MIS & Reporting – Preparing purchase reports, cost comparisons, pending order reports, and vendor performance reports.
Industry-Specific Skills
Offset printing and mono-carton packaging procurement.
Paper and paperboard sourcing.
Printing consumables and press chemicals procurement.
Post-press consumables, including adhesives, lamination films, and coatings.
Die, plate, and other printing-related material procurement.
Vendor management for pharma and cosmetics packaging materials.
Coordination with Stores, Production, PPC, Quality, and Accounts teams.
