We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the Connector and Wiring Harness industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry, good customer relationship skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the connector and wiring harness industry.
Generate leads, approach potential customers, and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in Sales & Marketing within the Connector and Wiring Harness industry is mandatory.
Knowledge of connectors, wiring harnesses, and related electrical/electronic components.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust customer relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
Experience: Relevant industry experience required. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
