Position

Sales Executive/Sales associates
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Deal directly with clients to understand their specic requirements across Commercial,Residential, and Plot segments.

Telephonic &
Direct Outreach: Connect with potential buyers through outbound calls and direct consultations to present real estate offerings.

Project Presentations &
Site Visits: Explain detailed project layouts, oor plans, pricing, and amenities while organizing and leading site visits.

Relationship Management: Build, cultivate, and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Lead Management &
Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with active leads, clarify prospective queries, and progress deals through the sales pipeline.

Target Achievement:



Work proactively toward achieving and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales milestones.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduate in any discipline) is mandatory.

Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced sales professionals .

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hindi.

Key Competencies: High condence, active listening, persuasive negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.

Location &
Availability: Based in or willing to commute to Sector 132, Noida .
