Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory experience in aerospace, aviation, precision engineering, or high-reliability manufacturing settings.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality standards.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace component manufacturing, aircraft structures, avionics, or engine assembly.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with NADCAP requirements and aerospace regulatory compliance.
