Job Responsibilities:
Work from the project site sales office.
Handle incoming leads and enquiries from potential customers.
Explain residential and commercial property details, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate site visits and provide property tours to customers.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead follow-up records.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Positive communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle leads and close sales effectively.
Freshers with robust sales skills may also apply.
Job Type: Full time Salary: As per experience + Attractive Sales Incentives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
