Key Responsibilities:
Design and plan residential buildings, independent houses, bungalows, and apartments.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural working drawings.
Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D views using relevant software.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws and local regulations.
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
Modify drawings according to client requirements and site conditions.
Prepare drawings and documentation for building approvals.
Conduct site visits to monitor execution as per approved drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of qualified experience in residential building design.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of residential planning, building bylaws, and construction drawings.
Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
