Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities on rubber moulding machines, including compression, injection, and transfer moulding.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and delivery schedule.
Monitor machine settings, mould temperature, pressure, curing time, and cycle time.
Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator performance.
Ensure the quality of rubber components through regular inspection and coordination with the Quality Department.
Identify and reduce production defects, material wastage, rejection rates, and downtime.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper handling of rubber compounds, raw materials, moulds, and finished products.
Maintain production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and shift handover records.
Follow 5S, workplace safety, SOPs, and other manufacturing quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
