Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain proper purchase records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and reliability.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and negotiate prices and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, stores, and accounts departments regarding material requirements and payments.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure materials are delivered as per the required schedule.
Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and material tracking reports.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores department to avoid material shortages.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and recent suppliers.




Handle local purchases and arrange material collection or delivery whenever required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and purchase documentation.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of industrial materials, hardware, tools, and consumables is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Must be willing to travel locally for vendor visits, material collection, and purchase-related activities.
Should have a two-wheeler for local travel, if required by the company.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, organized, and responsible individual who can ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely material availability, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal departments. Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
