SEO Lead – Agra (2–3 Years Experience)

CHNT (Creative Hub for Next-gen Technologies) is a growing digital agency in Agra that builds websites and runs SEO for businesses across India. We’re looking for an experienced SEO Lead to manage SEO for our clients and grow their rankings, traffic and leads.

What you’ll do
Handle SEO for 5–10 client websites (local businesses, e-commerce, schools, hotels, etc.)
Do keyword research and competitor analysis, and plan SEO strategy for each client
On-page SEO: titles, meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimisation
Technical SEO: site audits, speed, indexing, sitemap, schema, fixing errors
Off-page SEO: build quality backlinks (guest posts, directories, citations, outreach) using only white-hat methods
Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO
Guide the content writer: topics, keywords, briefs, and checking articles
Track rankings, traffic and leads in Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools




Prepare straightforward monthly reports for clients and join review calls when needed

Who we’re looking for
2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Proven results: show us rankings or traffic growth you achieved
Good knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush or Ubersuggest
Understanding of Google’s guidelines; no spam, PBNs or paid link schemes
Basic WordPress knowledge
Good written English and Hindi communication
Organised, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
