Job Responsibilities
Develop and generate sales of bio-products, bio-stimulants, fertilizers, and other agricultural specialty products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and agricultural retailers.
Conduct field trials and product demonstrations at farmers fields to demonstrate product performance and perks.
Monitor crop response and collect feedback from farmers after product application.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Provide technical product information, application guidelines, dosage recommendations, and usage instructions to farmers and channel partners.
Conduct farmer meetings, field days, promotional activities, and product awareness programs.
Achieve assigned sales targets, improve product penetration, and support business growth.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for product trials, performance evaluation, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure regular field visits and maintain reports on sales, trials, customer feedback, and market development.





Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Agriculture, B.Sc. Agriculture, or a related field; relevant agricultural qualifications preferred.
Prior experience in sales of bio-products, bio-stimulants, fertilizers, or agrochemical products is mandatory.
Practical experience in conducting field trials and product demonstrations for farmers.
Experience handling dealers, distributors, and farmer networks.
Robust knowledge of agricultural products, crop requirements, and product application methods.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and market development.
