Minimum Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and independently manage projects from concept to execution.
Develop design concepts, space planning, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp.
Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.
Lead client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design proposals.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
Supervise junior architects and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.

Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Ability to independently lead projects and make design decisions.
Excellent design, planning, and technical detailing skills.
Solid client management, communication, and presentation skills.
Valuable team leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
